I have always liked crafting. My first favorite tools were a hammer and a screwdriver.
At school my favorite subjects were arts, modeling and straw patchwork. Also, I studied sewing.
During my university years, my mind was occupied with my studies, and crafts were postponed until later.
When I was only 24, I became disabled and thought that my life was over.
Then suddenly, what I learned at school returned to me and gave me the reason to create and enjoy life.
There were times when I taught children at school how to do straw patchwork.
I am happy to know that my children inherited my love for this kind of craft,
and that I can pass them secrets of this amazing art- straw painting.
